Payment methods
Card payment via Stripe (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Payment timing
Subscription: charged on sign-up, then automatically on the same day each month.
Credit packs: charged at the time of purchase.
Delivery
Access begins immediately after payment.
Cancellation and refunds
This is a digital service, and payments are not refundable once processed.
You may cancel the subscription at any time from Manage plan in your account. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial-month refunds are not issued.
Purchased credits are non-refundable.
If we fail to deliver the service for reasons attributable to us, we will address it individually.
