Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Fashion Attacher. The Japanese version is authoritative.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all use of the service. Using the service constitutes acceptance of them.
2. Accounts
Register with accurate information. You are responsible for your account and may not share, lend or transfer it.
3. Fees and payment
The Standard plan costs ¥3,980 per month, tax included, and renews automatically.
Credit packs are one-off purchases. Unused credits are not refundable.
We will give 30 days' notice of any price change. If you do not accept it, you may cancel before your next renewal.
4. Fair use
Image generation is offered without a stated per-plan count. To keep the service stable we apply guideline caps of 40 generations per day and 140 per month.
Automated bulk generation, resale of access, and building a third-party service on top of this one are prohibited.
5. Material you upload
You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the product images and person photos you upload, or have the rights holder's consent.
Person photos may be uploaded only where the subject is you, or has explicitly consented.
Using the likeness of a real third party, including public figures, without their consent is prohibited.
Do not upload material that infringes copyright, trade marks, personality rights or any other right.
6. Generated images
We grant you the right to use images generated through the service, including commercially.
Generated images may carry an invisible AI provenance watermark (Google SynthID), detectable with compatible tools.
Because of how generative models work, other users may receive similar results. We do not warrant that output is unique or free of third-party rights.
7. Third-party processing
To generate images we transmit your uploaded images and prompts to APIs operated by Google LLC and fal.ai. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Prohibited use
Do not use the service unlawfully or contrary to public order; to generate sexual or violent content; to defame or threaten; to spread false information; or to interfere with the operation of the service.
9. Changes and interruptions
We may change or suspend the service. Where a change is significant we will give notice in advance wherever we can.
10. Liability
Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the loss arose.
11. Governing law
Japanese law governs these terms, with the Tokyo District Court as the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
